CINTIMA is proud to offer the CINTIMA Intimacy Coordinator Certification the first Intimacy Coordinator ed-tech platform, and a clear path for aspiring Intimacy Coordinators to pursue training and certification to enter the field.
CINTIMA has adopted best practices from higher education and leveraged leading ed-tech tools to create an efficient, transparent, and fair assessment and certification process. Each candidate is evaluated consistently across diverse assessment methods to ensure they meet the following standards required for certification:

The CINTIMA certification process is divided into four modules, each building on the previous one to ensure trainees develop a comprehensive understanding of Intimacy Coordination. Upon successful completion of all four modules, trainees become eligible for the certification stage.

In order to access Module III, trainees will be prompted to submit 10 days of work experience on a professional film or television set. Proof can be submitted in the form of call-sheets, pay stubs, or a letter from a producer, UPM, or hiring department. Work must have been completed within the past 10 years. Trainees are asked to include the name of the production, where it was shot, their role, and the production budget tier. Trainees can have experience in any department, behind or in front of the camera, above or below the line, as long as they have had access to set during their time in production. The 10 days on set do not need to be consecutive, they do not need to be union, and they do not need to be paid days per se, however CINTIMA will need to have proof that trainees were indeed on set for a minimum of 10 days. Reels and IMDb profiles will not be accepted.

The entire course certification process includes 49 Assessment Moments, which consists of quizzes, live online AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), exams, and practical assessments. These are designed to evaluate trainees comprehensively and ensure they are prepared for the demands of the role.
