Instead of asking "What are your preferred pronouns?" Ask "What are your pronouns?" This solidifies a person's chosen identity without leaving room for their choice being optional to other people.
Advocate for actor input on costumes
Gather & distribute resources of appropriate conduct and language to create a gender affirming space
Consider hiring a consultant that specializes in gender expression
Take a training in Gender & Sexuality
