Lionesse Ward, a Detroit native and a Los Angeles resident is a filmmaker and trained Intimacy Coordinator dedicated to protecting the humanity within storytelling. With roots in writing and directing, she approaches intimate scenes as narrative moments that deserve care, clarity, and consent.

Currently in mentorship with CINTIMA, Lionesse prioritizes building trust on set—ensuring actors feel empowered, boundaries are honored, and directors can fully realize their vision. Her work is grounded in the belief that safety and artistry are not separate—they are inseparable.
