Erin Tillman, CSE (she/her), CEO of Relational Equity Group, is a Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Certified Sex Educator, Consent & Connection Empowerment Coach, Author, and Speaker based in Los Angeles. She is currently serving on the National SAG-AFTRA Sexual Harassment committee. For over 10 years, she has been dedicated to making conversations and experiences around consent, identity, and allyship less taboo and more easily digestible. Erin also has worked in the tv/film business for 20+ years, both in front of, and behind the camera. She has training and certifications in the areas of sexuality education, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging), Mental Health First Aid, and Kink/BDSM. Erin’s TV/Film Intimacy Coordination credits include projects for ABC, BET, CBS, FX, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, and Searchlight Pictures to name a few. Erin’s award-winning book, The Consent Guidebook, is an easy-to-follow guide that offers practical advice, from over 30 experts, for establishing boundaries and respecting the boundaries of others. In 2021, The Consent Guidebook was selected by AASECT (The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) to receive their 2021 General Audience Book Award.
